Welcome Back

My name is Kristi OBrien and I am a 9th grade homeroom teacher. I also teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2 (10th grade) and 8th grade Character Ed. I will post anything relevant to 9th graders under the heading "Homeroom News" and I will post upcoming quizzes and tests under the appropriate class. I will not post daily homework on the blog, but it will be posted on the board in my classroom. Every student must come to class with pencils, paper, and their textbook. Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 students will need a calculator. Pre-Algebra students will need a calculator later in the year. I recommend the texas instruments (TI-30XA) which is about $8 at Wal-Mart. I would like my character ed students to have a 3 prong folder with notebook paper. Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. I am looking forward to a great year.
